Still for sale at The Whisky Exchange

http://www.thewhiskyexchange.com/P-19204.aspx

£39.95 a bottle sounds pretty reasonable

So I really like Old Pulteney, Highland Park, Jura (normal & superstition)..... But thought Talisker tasted like TCP.

What else should I try...?!?!

Cheers!!

Tried Macallan, Glemorangie, Balvennie and probably most of the usual suspects. All good really. Favourite just now is the Pulteney.. it's just like juice though.. far too easy to drink too quickly!! Want to try something a bit more 'exotic' maybe.

Talisker is actually the only whisky I've ever opened and then not finished the bottle. Think I donated mine to the Ed Paine Pikey Fund iirc.

Dave you should try Bunnahabhain or some of the unpeated Bruichladdichs. :thumbsup

If you like Old Pultney you should like Springbank and a previous edition Bruichladdich, none of this awful laddie 10 nonsense.
Does anyone think an SE whisky evening in rural Aberdeenshire would be worth organising?
