I've been (ahem) known to have sent the odd alloy up and down the "road", and used ANC each time. Approx 30quid would get all 4 wheels on a next day delivery. Lots of cardboard and packing tape and your sorted.

try DHL express. not sure how much they cost.
i tried parcel2go and paid £13 (1 alloy wheel) over night delivery from glasgow to aberdeen. i finally got it about 3 weeks later. i was told by one of the advisers, "the wheel is currently in manchester depot"
