Event Tyres

Post by The_Rossatron » Fri Jan 20, 2006 3:02 pm

Just got myself 2 rear Bridgstones, Lotus compound (DCK) for £224 including delivery and VAT which aint too bad.

Ordered them on Wednesday afternoon and they arrived this morning (Friday) by courier. Guy on the phone was very knowledgable and friendly. Good service and would recommend them.

Well, my cousin will probably fit them for £0.00 :) but how much is it usually not more than £6 a wheel I seem to remember?

195's rub ever so slightly (you'll only notice it when you remove the tyre and see some black stuff on the inside of the wheel arch.

I prefer the toyo 185 to be honest, found there to be less flex in them.

Saying that, I've just went back to Bridgestones, but that's mainly to save any domestics at this end.

Cheers

Mac
