Hard for me to break the habit of 15 years but I too am trying to learn to take the odd risk
I do like the idea of "do something you love everyday". I guess I have it easy, because sharing breakfast with our wee Eilidh or splashing her through the bath both count for that one and Lisa is more than happy for me to do one or both on a regular basis!!
But in all seriousness...good motto. Must try harder...
