definately wasn't going to be doing that move in an Elise.....I get callers moaning about the noise when I get past 4ooo rpm!

A little point to not is that tickets don't tend to be sent recorded delivery and as such the 14 day notification may be up by the time you get a recorded one. I think this can get you off.......comments?

Very rare for them to use recorded delivery (this costs money, remember the whole point of the netting off scheme), the law states that the NIP must be served by recorded delivery or first class post, always check the envolope, if it's sent 2nd class, it should put you in the clear, but don't tell them until it is too late for them to re-issue it. I have heard of several cases where people have claimed not to have received the NIP, but the courts seem to take the view that first class post is 100 percent reliable (when the safety camera partnerships send out letters) :evil: , and people are always convicted of not identifying the driver in such cases.
