Following on from a similar thread I'm posting my own as a sort of warning and also some self administered therapy :wink:

I ordered some items on Amazon before Christmas, all but one arrived. It was from a third party supplier, not Amazon themselves. To cut a long story short, the item never arrived so I had to rush out and buy it from a proper shop at great expense. The suppplier never ever tried anything to track the item, never offered any help whatsoever.

So I complained to them by email saying that I had posted appropriately negative feedback on Amazon because of their lack of understanding or attempts to resolve the matter.

Would you believe they say now that they are going to put feedback about me warning future suppiers to be "wary about supplying to you in the future" :shock:

Is that customer service or what ! :(

Amazon thankfully have had a better attitide to this and are looking into it.

So watch out, seems some people think you are not allowed to provide negative feedback or they retaliate with their own.
