All S2s have the same locking nuts as standard so there's bound to be someone here with the same one. G, I can bring my jack with me if you're worried Ronnie will be busy. I don't think it will be a problem, it says in the info pack from John that they will help change pads (but may be a small charge).tuscan_thunder wrote:Maybe PM Silu82 (can't remember his name) too? He's in ABZ and has an S2 Exige
Locking wheel nut tool
check under the battery casing! Thats where mine was and I had taken the boot to bits twice!
The pad that is likely to be most worn is the inside one also. You may be okay though for KH, depends how harsh you are on the brakes.
Might be worth coming along just so you can try all the differentl locking wheel nut tools likely to be there, as MMC aren't much use in these situations, although they did hunt high and low when I thought I may have left mine there

I'm taking my jack anyway to try and give the massive Q for tyre changing at the end a miss!Gareth wrote:Not going to take the risk.
Ronnie may need his jack for someone else and I don't want to risk loosing out on track time.
If I can't get hold of one by tomorrow I'll give KH a miss.
I've never had the brake warning come on in mine when the pads needed done.......

Give me a shout if you need a hand, you've fitted rear pads before right?
