I don't think so, checked a few years ago. There will be a way around it though, might be a £3k akrapovic, but there will be a way.

A bloke at work had one even though everyone knew he couldn't afford it. It ran out of fuel a lot and the tyres almost bankrupted him. He then got caught doing something very dodgy and now drives a van with Yodel on the side.
