My favourite car of the day was the mad looking Elite, although the blue Sports Racer came a close second

MB World is a very clever marketing ploy by MB to get you involved in all things related to their marque, from the very first MB to Formula 1 with numerous immaculate cars on display, and it's all free! Very popular for various types of driving experience and if I'm in that neck of the woods again I'd have a go on the skid pan.
Brooklands Museum is well worth a visit. They have a development Concorde on display and somewhat bizarrely the Sultan of Oman's oppulent old VC10. If you are interested in engineering, especially aircraft, they have some excellent exhibits which demonstrate British engineering legacy at its best.
I ignored the warning signs and climbed to the top of the banking of the old bowl. I cannot believe the guts those old racing drivers had to go barrelling round there at 100mph+ with only a leather hat for protection. Seriously steep.......do not attempt it if you are wearing flip-flops

Cheers
