Tax Planning - Any Contacts?

Does anyone have any good contacts who might be able to assist with some tax planning? – Essentially my other half and I both have Limited Companies and looking to move to Australia in the next couple of years and would like to speak to someone who might be able to offer some advice in this area to allow us to start to work towards this move.
