My old man had a triple nearly 10 years ago after a heart attack. After the initial few months recovery he took full advantage of a new lease of life. Still regularly swimming, cycling, munro-bagging, sailing dinghies (and winning trophies!) at 79. So a crazy old barsteward like yourself. Guess attitude makes a big difference.
