(Being in full on 'saving mode' for a house doesn't help, and when we do find something, I can imagine there'll be plenty of more pressing requirements for any spare funds).
I did spot a 2005 111R for sale in Ireland, at the equivalent of £11250 ish, which was a major temptation (already had the wider Team Dynamics wheels / 'R888' tyres, and Nitrons fitted!), but thankfully someone bought it the other week, after it being on the market for 2 months...(!)
