You know what.. I was looking at that pic thinking that whilst the car looked great, there was something not quite right about it (IMHO) and couldn't put my finger on what it was till you mentioned the plate location. Nice looking car tho and will be good to see it in the flesh.

The bloke lives in Edinburgh, quite near me in Trinity
seen it a few times.
stunning car.
shame its got an illegal typeface numberplate
would be better with legal letters & the plate cut short (IMHO)

100% It looks like someone has traded up from a mid 90s Corsa with a pair of black tights covering the lights. It's not even a nice typeface..
IMO anything other than legal lettering draws attention to the plate, which, with a car like that is the last thing you want, plus with potential run ins with the BiB, not worth it anyway.
Car does look amazing though!

Car does look the business.
On the subject of number plate positioning, I can't help but wonder if it would look better on the grill. I know it would decrease airflow to the rad, but I know others who have positioned the reg plate there with no effect on cooling.

At least one of the other ones down south (well Blackpool - so they will call "up north") has moved it to the grill and it looks a hell of a lot better. Says others have done it without any overheating which is true for lesser models but lets hope also for them.
2009 Aquamarine Evora LE 2+2 Stage 1 Exhaust, No. 13 built
2010 Aquamarine Evora 2+2 Stage 1 Exhaust,
2010 Ardent red Evora 2+0 CR box, Stage 1 + 2bular decat,
2011 Ardent Red SR lookalike Evora S 2+2 with 2013 mechanicals and some other bits.
