Way too far gone to be a worthwhile project. Parts would be a nightmare and there isn't much you wouldnt need ...... :blackeye

Somebody in the USA will have the time, courage & cash to restore it! :thumbsup
They must already be very rare in the USA and the homologation rules mean you're unlikely to be able to import a UK or European spec car.
I can't imagine it's going to be an easy or cost effective restoration but look at all the other weird stuff the American's spend thousands of dollars on!

It wouldn't be cheap but any Lotus is savable, they are not that complicated and very easy to take apart/put back together. Just takes time mostly.
