The only thing I've been drinking is diesel. Albeit not that much of it for the performance and capability it has yielded in the last 6 years 
It is just possible that VW will conclude a Golf GTD estate will be too close to the new Octava VRS estate, and bottle it.

There are plans to bring out the golf gtd estate, not that I have been looking!!

£25k for 184PS TDI engine with DSG. I'm not in the market for a brand new estate, but that's plenty car for the money if you'd rather not have a Skoda badge on it. Couple of years' time, that could be quite a steal.
