Well found!

Same name and everything,i omitted it from my post in the off chance it was genuine.

So looks like an attempt at identity fraud as opposed to anything related to the bike (or car in the other example).

I'm guessing there isn't any where this could be reported to that would show any inkling of an interest...fairly rhetorical question really...

Correct nobody gives a sh*t and you would be wasting your breath reporting it.

Ignoring them is the best approach.
