Graeme,

Was the Pier House a recent experience? We used to often went up their and stay the night but the last time we were up the place changed hands and were bought by a couple from London. They were more interested in the "look we have bought a hotel/restaurant" look at us attitude.

Roux brothers opened a place i think at loch inver.

Never personally been but this comes very highly praised from everyone I know who's gone (and returned)
