The bike market is awash with very, very good carbon road bikes, with many older manufacturers having a long history in the sport, and the newer ones like Canyon promoting their bikes by sponsoring world tour pro teams. The Caterham name might mean something to petrolheads, at least in the UK, but it means didly squat to the average road biker. Just seems plain weird - drop the mid-engined car they were developing with Alpine, can the Aero 7 (well, it was fugly), and then try and launch a bike brand
