Top left tin can from the Railway side - move in next Friday.... They look awful from outside IMHO but great space inside. Scottish Enterprise project and it'll probably do us for a year or two, but it's cheap, designed for creative/tech start-ups and gives you somewhere to go each day. Remote working by myself would kill me!

Looking good from the outside I think ! Wondered where you had gone , lights were always off in the old office when I passed on the bike. Good to hear you are moving onwards and upwards. I like the idea of the offices around you but I hear parking is pretty awful compared to the Tech Park. Are there many free units or is it pretty full these days ?

Scott, still here at Dundee One, just no Lotus parked outside - the 330i Black Touring is mine. Here until Friday when we move to District 10 at Seabraes. Admittedly the yellow tin can only comes with 1 parking space, which i'll be utilising and everyone else can park in Greenmarket! £70 for the month i think... There are 5 units at District 10 left at less than £500 a month - they're not hanging around for long! if you mean where we are just now in Dundee One, beside the bridge, our unit here is free still and they are just about to sub divide the first floor as they did with the ground floor - so more units available. Re parking here, we got 2 spaces with ours, but there is additional parking which is £35 a month on the land owned by Unicorn property group up by city quay.
Tut, slightly bigger than a Japanese sleeping booth, and hopefully not much sleeping will be going on in them!

Thanks for the info. Don't understand why they don't do more for cars in this day and age in brand new business parks. Its simply not an issue in the Tech Park. Certainly looking around for more office floor space but much easier to grab extra units where we are for now if they are available. Trouble with the software centre is the scope opened up to include more than software development companies, empty units don't stay that way long around here. We have options at least locally and in town when required. I think a nice location and modern decor is a factor in attracting young talent (of the programatical type as opposed to short skirt type for clarity
