Iowa is passing legislation to allow blind people to buy guns.

Giving the blind guns is the easy part.
Getting criminals to wear bells - now that could be difficult !

I dont really see an issue with this. (FirSt story, obviously!)
A blind person vs a 12 year old is slightly different.

It would allow kids interested in getting into shooting to have their own shotgun, under their parents supervision. Meaning that their parents didnt need to have a license.
Parents would keep gun safe under their control.
