Iowa is passing legislation to allow blind people to buy guns.

Now that is what you call non discrimination.

I dont really see an issue with this. (FirSt story, obviously!)
A blind person vs a 12 year old is slightly different.

It would allow kids interested in getting into shooting to have their own shotgun, under their parents supervision. Meaning that their parents didnt need to have a license.
Parents would keep gun safe under their control.
