student looking for accommodation in Edinburgh for a year

Post by scott_e » Thu Aug 15, 2013 10:02 am

Morning.

My next door neighbours son Ross (22) has been working with us for a few months before he goes back to Edinburgh to do a masters degree. He mentioned he was having a nightmare finding accommodation for the year (starting September). Wondering if anyone has a flat to rent or can recommend somewhere ?

I can vouch for the lad , well educated , very responsible, very nice family .... wouldn't have employed him otherwise :)

Thanks for any help.
Scott

We have a one bed in Gorgie (Wheatfield Street) available at the moment at £495 PCM, I'm not sure it that would suit but it's right on the bus routes in and out of the city and a very cosmoploitan area hahahaha...
:cheers

Also try unite and iq

www.unite-students.com

www.iq-student-accommodation.com

Elliot has been with Unite in Glasgow for the last couple of years - makes life easy because it is all inclusive, every room has en suite, etc.

Cheers,
Robin
