I think that's more because of my sensible driving than anything else.

You will have fun in it, but don't expect it to be too sharp coming from an elise. The tail is really easy to get out when you provok it but because it's a bit softer it's also very predictable and easy to recover. :drive

Get some cheap anti-roll bars (sway bars) for it and some springs then job's a good un!

Bob, sad to say i've still now owned an elise. been on here for so long and not had time/money so it will feel brilliant handling compared to all my other cars ive had!

Waterproof, i have to say through the thunderstorm only a few drops inside and a few on the sill when i opened the door!

In that case it will feel brilliant. But it will roll a little in the corners.
Plan on doing anything to it?

It already has a strut brace under the bonnet and i plan on putting stiffer anti rolls in the back along with braided hoses to stiffen brakes (already nice and sharp) put higher rated brake fluid in it,
One tyre has a nail in it so will replace that tomorrow but not many other ideas.

Ohh the arm rest lid to the centre console works but has a crack at the join so might look at a new lid for it!

The front turret braces do absolutely nothing so I wouldn't really count it as an upgrade. Front and rear stiffer anti-roll bars are worthwhile though! :thumbsup

Mine locks the brakes at 50mph with just eurocarparts cheapo pagid disks and pads so never really thought about doing much in that department although the feel could be a bit better. I'm sure a change in fluid would do the trick.
