Just finished my discounted period and now back to £60 ish per month.
Should I stay on this for a couple of months and then haggle or am I best to haggle now?!

Just got an email from Sky informing me that the 'go' package is changing and you will no longer be able to get your sky products on two of your I-thing or laptops etc and download for offline viewing later. Instead they are upgrading it all so the streaming will be easier and you will be abhle to use on up to 4 i-things. laptop etc.......oh yes and that is free, for 3 months....and then a £5 per month thereafter....Great business model.....but as I have now reached north of £70 per month I will not be subscribing...

You haven't read the email properly. Sky Go is not changing. It's still free, you still get 2 devices. Moreover iOS devices never had the ability to download content for offline viewing so that hasn't changed. Sky Go extra costs £5 a month and allows you to download content and also gives you 2 extra devices. Cheaper than multiroom.

A matter of weeks after changing Sky Go and launching Sky Go Extra they have already amended the products. Extra was £5 extra a month for all customers allowing up to 4 devices, streaming and downloading for off-line viewing. I signed up so we could take movies etc on holiday on the ipad. The change is that customers with Mutli-Room now get Sky Go Extra at no additional cost, it's still £5 a month if you don't have multi-room. Check your bill as I had to contact Sky to remove the £5 monthly charge where 'as I thought it would be picked up automatically.
