Those pics have really made me want to do a factory tour (don't want to say, before it is too late!) but do we fancy a tour if I speak to Graeme to see what he can do for a March tour perhaps?

Dave
I may have a lot of free time at the end of March, always fancied a proper visit. :thumbsup

Tour at the end of March would be tempting.

I've written up a short piece on the visit to Hethel to take a look at Exige S' on the production line and to try and clear up some of the rumours.

Graeme and Jamie were both very straight talking with any questions asked - if they weren't being honest with us then I sure as hell wouldn't want to play poker with either of them! Also a big thank you to both of them and James Haskey for the opportunity to take a look around and a rare chance to get some photos on the production line.

If it's of any interest some of the Essex region guys on SELOC are doing a factory tour on Monday 8th of April, the day after the opening Elise Trophy race of the year at Snetterton. Might be a good chance to see some racing and take a look around the factory.

I'll have a word with G, and then start another thread if there is a remote chance of this happening.

Jo from Lotus on track, when we were at Anglesey, mentioned a potential SE day at Hethal with a track day on the test track and factory tour etc at some point this year

There was talk of tying it in with another TD at Snetterton or the like and making it a double header weekend

I for one was well keen on this :thumbsup

:D

Interesting that 40% of orders are white I know it looks good and really suits it (Muneeba is constantly hinting "don't you think white looks good too") but for me white cars are so common now it has kind of taken the wow factor out of it, chrome orange looks really nice too, very tempted by it but as G will know when I first went in to MMC all those years ago I wanted a Solar Yellow Exige, not quite sure how I ended up with a Blue Europa (I didn't think yellow would really suits the Europa and hence went orange) but finally going back to my original desire of Solar Yellow.

Also surprised to not have seen a Krypton Green car yet, another great colour for the Exige.

First Krypton Green left for France last week; not that many more orders in but loud colours really suit it

Wrote most of it up in the car on the way back to B&C and sorted the photos when I got home, was a long day yesterday after a 5:30am start. :tired

Thanks for showing us round yesterday, was great to see cars coming off the line and Exiges ready to ship out.

James, thanks for the great article :thumbsup , I'm actually down in Norfolk in July and after reading your write up I'm thinking I might have to try and take in a factory tour.
