WRONG!


They just aren't that fussy until after 14days - which is a throwback to the days when you had to get the disc from the local DVLA office who then posted it back to you.

And the difference if you stage it in London advertise it (how th f did none of us know about this till a few hours before ?!) and notch up the cars a wee bit ...

Looks like there were about 50 folk there.

I too dont know how this slipped by without anyone knowing about it, could KH not have emailed their database about it?

I would have liked to see but, in the end couldnt leave work early so didnt make it.

Would like to see Gordon Shedden again on his home track, he will be going all out for it, but I make a lousy spectator when I can not get out onto the track.

BTCC up close!!


The first ever British Touring Cars Live: Edinburgh event will take place on Thursday 31st August at Johnston Terrace, by the city's world famous Castle. Gordon Shedden and his Team Halfords Honda Integra will be starring in front of the crowds giving demonstration runs along with eight more BTCC drivers.
Provisional Timetable
16.30 - 17.00 Castle Terrace, Lothian & Borders Fire & Rescue Road Safety Demo
18.00 - 18.45 BTCC Drivers' Autograph Session
19.00 - 20.00 BTCC Cars in Action
BTCC Paddock open throughout the evening

i went along and thought it was great although the Porker Cup car got a bit excited and almost went side ways into the barriers
