240R = 240ish bhp from a supercharged toyota
Normal Exige has 189bhp I think.
Also has other stuff like better suspension, bigger wheels/tyres etc.

Not quite, it's a halfway house, basically an oil accumulator.
Gas filled bottle, piston, oil on the other side. Oil pressure is boosted when it can be low (starting or due to surge from braking, cornering etc.) and can alllow the oil level to be reduced in the sump (not sure if this is done on the Exige).
Oil pressure drops and it squirts oil in to maintain the pressure. :)

but personally i wouldn't pay the extra for it. but then i'm jsut a tight fisted b@stid
