Calendar Update - 72 orders - It will be printed!

Post by Karen » Mon Oct 04, 2010 4:38 pm

Evening All!

With 72 orders at the time of posting this e-mail, the 2011 SE calendar will go to print :D

With the reduced order levels this year and increase in postage costs, not forgetting those all important envelopes to send out the calendars in, the costs will be slightly higher than last year.

If you haven't yet placed an order, the original post is here:
http://www.scottishelises.com/phpbb/vie ... =2&t=27410

The deadline for orders is Wednesday 13th October - so tomorrow if you are reading this on Tuesday - if you are reading this on Thursday - you may well be too late :(

I will post back up on Thursday with the costs and payment options etc., and for those of you that have won the voting, I'll let you know where to send your winning pics as well.

Karen

Hi David

I've got a couple of printers quotes who have included the setting in the price so just need to see if we can get to the all important 100 now.

Thanks again

It would be a real shame if there was no SE calendar so up the price if that is what it takes for it to happen.

Thanks to all those offering to buy/pay for more to make sure the 2011 calendar happens :D

I'm going to get the pics all sorted out and open up the voting in the hope that once folk see the pics, they'll decide to buy one - only time will tell - something I don't have a lot of as I'm off on holiday 7 weeks on Thursday (which is the 25th November) and not back until the middle of December so really need to get this up, running, printed and posted before then so that everyone has them in time for Santa!

Watch this space as they say!

Karen,

Just wondering if the Administrators can do a quick mail shot to inform all SE members the the 2011 calendar is open for orders.

Happens to other forums I belong to and may get people to put their name down in case they have forgotten.
