Local teacher looking for a fancy way to take a handful of kids to the Aberdour film festival.

Just checking times etc.

Lol!! I still can't stop laughing at Neils post!!! Aw Neil, I miss you and your mcKeannisms!

Sorry I can't help on this occasion. During my holidays I try to stay away from kids, have to deal with them enough during term time!

Sanj, hate to be a harbinger of doom .. but does the teacher have the permission of the school/local authority to have kids transported from A to B by strangers?

Not meaning to pi$$ on chips or anything, but she/he could get into trouble for letting little Jimmy get in to a car with someone that has not had the relevant 'Child Protection' clearance. Thanks again, Thomas Hamilton.

Very good point Greg.

If I take my students to something in my car, I have to have written permission from the parents allowing it, and my car also has to be insured business class.

Evening all, the teacher involved has not got back to me ref the valid points raised by Mr R so on this basis thanks for volunteering but I would not want anyone to attend without everything being in order.

Cheers
