Hello everyone, somehow I have managed to sign up for the Sky sponsored cycle from Livingston to Dunfermline in the name of the Chicken Shed charity that Sky promotes internally.

I would appreciate it if you could take moment and make sure I do haul myself out of bed on the 16th of July and cover the 44 miles.

How narked am I!

1st to get from Livi to Dunf by 10 mins and then 2nd by 30 seconds to get from Dunf to Livi after I helped the guy who won change his tyres with my patches.

They decide to give the 1st leg prize to only to putners who only entered the first stage and the other prize goes to the bloke I helped never mind the fact I finished the total race 9 minutes faster than him!

Good thing it was for charity!
