Data Protection Act?

Getting a bit of a runaround at work over a promotion I didn't get, got the feedback, fair enough and didn't get the job fair enough, but part of it was not revealed and my TM was under strict instructions not to allow me to see it.

I want to see it now just because I'm not allowed to.

Childish but there you go.

Does anyone have any experience on dealign with Data Protection stuff?
