I have checked again and in the whole of carphone warehouse there is 1 clearance/refurb phone showing in the whole of the system so it is likely to be a glitch. Its in leeds and it was probably attached to a contract.

The stores number is 08701682146 and I didn't tell you...

Ebay would be your best bet TBH.
