Couldn't get an N95 at upgrade time as they were 'out of stock', but got offered the N73 instead and so far I'm pretty pleased with it. Battery life, compared to my old Nokia 6280, is very good. Also takes decent pics with 3.2mp camera (Carl Zeiss), and has a MP3 player, TV, internet, Skype, etc, etc.
Best Regards,

Steve.

Chaps, bumping this to the top as the g/f is not at all chuffed with the N95

Even with a charger at work and one at home, the battery life is a joke. The thing is mahoosive too and as a resuly doesn't fit in handbags and the like apparently.

Anyone suggest an alternative that can be bought from fleabay? Must have bluetooth and have a camera (under 3mp is fine) doesn't need MP3 player, or even video.

TIA,

Greg

As mentioned mate, try turning off some of the features, or if she doesnt like it then send it back under 14 day policy

I bought an unlocked SE K810i from Fleabay about 4-5months back for £100...

Flashed the ROM to the latest SE firmware using the Davinci client...Installed Opera, which is great for browsing...

Pretty robust - Fab battery life...7 days with light use!

Camera decent at 3.2 mp...'Proper' flash...Takes reasonable enough pics for web use...Even 6x4 pic printing at a push...

Uses small format 'memory 2' sticks - Picked a 1gb stick up for very little, and use it for mp3's as a backup to my iPod...

Thinking about an N95 when I get my free upgrade in December, but might look at other options now...!

oh, by rubbered, that's comprehensive school speak for you ignoring me

I got the distinct impression that you had pressed the 'reject' button. Believe me, I've had that happen often enough to me in the past to know what to look out for ;)

Have sent you a PM, just to clear up the fact that i was in a meeting presenting to a sad bunch of computer geeks on Saturday morning, so phone was off - definately not rubbering your calls.
