Went on a Stag there in '04. Cost an absolute fortune. When I was back there a few months ago, it turns out that the locals all hike the bar prices on a Thursday night to fleece you of more cash :? What I learned:-

1. it is very expensive.
2. don't go into the 1st 'show' that a PR guy tempts you into with '4 free drinks' or 'stag goes free' chat - they all do that. the shows themselves are a complete waste of money where you sit in a cinema-style hall, well back from the action. Bannana bar has an interesting quirk to it so I'm told
3. don't buy anything from the street 'traders' ;)

IMHO, its totally overrated as a venue for a stag. the streets are littered with stag doos every weekend and bars are packed as a result. Still, everyone's gotta do it once I suppose 8)

We seriously considered this but with only 7 of us going and the smurf costing nealry 900quid it's alot to ask people to fork out, nearly andother 50% of the trip cost.

Would have been hilarious though, maybe pick one up across there

I'm now more intrigued than before, only 4 days at work to go, I'm looking forward to it.
