Ferrari should take him to court for deforming their reputation or something, it should be enforced by death penalty, or possibly a lifetime of Ferrari Mondial owning...

Meh, it's just a posh Fiat. They could paint it pink for all I care.
The last proper Ferrari was the F40 (last one the old man signed off)
I used to be hardcore tifosi, but Ferrari is long gone, replaced by some derivative licensing firm that occasionally make a decent car.
