Getting the car resprayed, need a favour or two

A cat ran out in front of me a while back, and the minor damage from hitting it at 50mph is annoying me enough to do something about it. I'm going to have the crack on the front clam repaired and have the whole clam resprayed so it doesn't look stupid. I'm taking it to a bodyshop who have done excellent work for me in the past.

First thing I need to know is are the badges on an Elise R different from the 111R at the back, or is it just the side ones that are different? I might as well order the R ones as mine is an 06 spec anyway.

Second thing is I have a spare grille but it's for a non-spotlight car. Does anyone have a spotlight one they can swap me, or have any diagrams on where it should be cut so as to both accommodate the spolights and not look like something from Joiners From Hell 3 (which it bloody will if I start sawing things unsupervised)?
