Mandy, I just found out tonight that you work with one of my neighbours: Christine. Small world!

Although she seems to know you more by your Sunday name rather than Mandy.

That's probably a polite way of saying "I wish he'd stop revving up and down that street on his way to/from runs in that damn car!"

Nah, Christine is a nice woman - think she would have complained before now if she was gonna, especially when she has a young kid.
