This forum - how do you host/setup?

Im a member of a (say quietly

) Fiat 127 owners club (yes I do have one)

But its a yahoo group and is plagued with spam. The members are getting irritated with all the spam emails and want an alternative. This one is really good and is a great example.

How do you host/setup this forum as its MILES better than the yahoo ones?

Does it pretty much run itself once setup?

You can set up a free one on http://www.freeyabb.com which is where we started this off but it's now hosted elsewhere.
