House Surveyor required

Any surveyors out there who would be willing to do a survey on a house Louise & I are thinking about buying? We would pay the going rate, just want someone we can trust. :wink:

I've always used DM Hall - probably not the cheapest ( unless you know one of the partners :wink:- but you get what you pay for - my Dad uses them as his sole surveyor ( he's a lawyer/estate agent)

Thumbs up to Shepherds from me !! Used them a few times for re-mortgages and they were spot on. Used DM Hall 3 times and twice they drastically undervalued the houses I was purchasing which made for interesting conversation when trying to secure the funds from the bank (I was wanting a deal that was only available on a maximum of 80% LTV).

Think it probably differs between branches though.
