I haven't been here very long but I'm beginning to worry about all the gayness.

First it was men in jacuzzie's
then it was men in pants
today there has been talk of "flocking the interior"
now its beetles! & Stripes

i'm off to kill a something with my bear hands, drink beer and just be manly "GRRRRR" to compensate

That car has been for sale for a bout 2 years, the guy tried to part ex it against my S2000 racing car but i politely declined.

Doubt it would be all that quick to be honest, and its a beetle, ergo ghey

There are some seriously quick cars in the VW Cup, so if that one was a race/championship winner I'd guess that it ain't bad. It is a shame that they look so seriously **** (edited - awful ).

How about: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/186011.htm

Get it for under £3k...Spend £1k on new slicks / suspension o/h and setup...

Not likely to be an outright SMRC winner against Caterhams and a 600bhp Ford Focus...

...But tough mechanicals and cheap panels / shell...It's also wee / light enough to fit on a small inexpensive trailer...

If I wasn't absolutely skint I'd consider having a closer look at this...

Ross.

Now that is very nice! If I had the money I would go for that myself.
