Board upgrade 2200-2330hrs 09/11/2017

Hello all,
I'm upgrading the board from about 10pm tonight. It will take 90 minutes or so and SE2 will be off while that happens.
It'll look slightly different to how it does now but the change isn't as big as the last upgrade which was almost a decade ago now. All posts, avatars and PMs will be migrated across.
