Competition Car Insurance
AON/Lotus Esteem
Autotorque
Heritage
Greenlight Insurance
Footman James
Don't know of anyone else that does it and I'm not 100% sure if all of them actually do track cover.

Egger Lawson (think they are now Competition Car Insurance?) have insured me right from day 1. Good packages, allow you to tailor excesses etc and usually have good deals when it's an SIDC or other recognised event.
Nottingham based, if that helps.

I've got a quote from Competition Car Insurance for £125 (103+22 brokers fee) for a single track day.
Does this sound about right?
I called my own insurance company (Morethan) to see if they could provide cover but they told me to GTF

What are the terms of the deal, ie value of cover etc?

Value of cover is the value that I declare -10% for excess
Full accidental damage cover (including impact damage on engine and transmission) - all parts, labour, specialist labour and fabrication included.

In which case, essentially the fullest cover you can get on a trackday? Fair deal then.
I usually get about £5k cover for £60-£70, so that all stacks up OK I reckon.
They are a good bunch in event of a claim. I haven't had to make one, but a friend has. No quibbles, and their first priority is you, not their bank balance.

Heritage can include an unlimited number of trackdays as long as you are a member of the organising car club.
My trackday excess is £1,000. Total premium is £460.
I think the catch may be that your elise as to be your second car.
