Just told Tesco about my SP30, SP50 and mods

SP50 £61 increase
SP30 £0

Modifications:
Exhaust and Manifold replaced with Janspeed stainless items
Panel air filter replaced with K&N57i cone filter
Plenum chamber change from plastic to Lotus VVC alloy one
Throttle body replaced with alloy one
Engine replaced with like for like replacement
Suspension replace with Lotus Series 2

£0 for mods.

On the phone to Elephant to get a quote for my renewal. 10 mins so far. Just sent him back to speak to his manager as he "cannot insure a car with a throttle body".

Will try a few more tonight and post results.

PS He gave up on the plenum and put it on as a no cost extra after I spelt it to him and his "mechanical expert".

what was the outcome from elephant sanjoy?
i've got a saved Quote with them for a standard S1.
