Does anyone know of a good product for polishing out very minor windscreen scratches? Guess it needs something mildly abrasive. Have tried Autoglym glass polish but it seemed to make little difference.

T-cut, might be worth a try, it'll likely be more abrasive than the glass polish.

I have some at home and it could be fun sending a little bag of brown powder in the post
I'll try the fingernail test tonight and get back to you.

Many thanks,

Well, the scratches are barely feelable with fingernails. Ordered this stuff off ebay which looks like it might do the trick

Will let y'all know if it works.

I'm sure someone told me to try brasso on a scratched window. Never done it mind, so maybe you should test it on some other glass first

If you can feel the scratch then the repair will cause a distortion. If it's in your Line of Sight I would go for the brick option....

or you could park it in london at say 6am although their may be more damage than just the screen

Not been paying attention and only just noticed this. Yes is the answer - perfectly. I also bought a polishing pad thing which you attach to an electric drill and together with the liquid it did a great job - highly recommended.
