We aplogise to all who were looking forward to this but as soon as we can we will reschedule. I was thinking of leaving it until closer to the time before pulling the event incase all was resolved but I feel that it would not be fair on all who like to plan their weekends round family and friends, so I feel a decent notice period is required.
