You could try Powdertec who are just off Paisley Road West in Glasgow. Few guys on here have used them for wheel refurbs and to get their undertrays powdercoated. Prices should be along the lines that JJ suggests rather than the quote you got. Ask for Michael (guy that runs the place).

It was powdertec who did my first set of wheels + undertray so that`ll be why :D
