Re: What happened to that Victor Meldrew bloke....?

Glad you’re nearly able to get your pension Dude. I’m only 44 years old and it’ll be at least 58 until I can claim mine so I’ve got a fair sized gap to bridge. fcuk knows what I’m going to do but I won’t starve so luckier than lots of folks. I would swap with you in a heartbeat for ten years younge...

Re: What happened to that Victor Meldrew bloke....?

ex-offshore skills are in demand (in theory) - is there anything with the electricity lot(SSE etc), or SGN (transmission changes) or are you handy at other stuff (obviously, being an Elise owner) ? I think I'm actually enjoying this retired lark so I'm happy to put my feet up. I might look at doing...

What happened to that Victor Meldrew bloke....?

I'm almost there, not quite but nearly..... Vicky failed her MOT... Not a small fail, a proper fail. She needed serious money spent on her to get her back to the condition she deserved and I made what I think was a sensible decision to put her on a SORN. The offshore Oil industry has been on the win...

Re: Tut the Legend

How can it be so long that he has been gone. I was looking through random old pictures yesterday and I found one with him and his silly grin snuggling up to Sabine at the Nurburgring. I still miss him.

It's been a while... n. I'm not dead, I'm just lurking.

So those that know may well will know that I have made the the mature? obvious decision to put long term family stability ahead of Lotus driving shenanigans. Vicky is still carefully covered and stored securely waiting for the appropriate time to come back to life. I think I am three years away from...

Re: S1 lights LED Headlights and driving lights?

Holy thread revival :) - whats the verdict on the pmnparts lights a year on (albeit a stay at home year)? Having had the elise on the road for the last 3 weeks, finally completing the engine work started back in 2013, on the way back from the mapping session a stone hit the glass light lens and sad...

Re: Netflix Formula 1: Drive to Survive Season 3

Was a bit weird, it felt as if it finished two episodes early... lots of stuff missing.

Glad it doesn't come out right after the season finishes. I have already forgotten half of the stuff that was in it.

Got to try ours in real snow, briefly, last week. Impressed.

Already v good in cold temps, and in rain as Victor says.

Btw Hi Victor, how the devil are you?!
Taking a year off to give Vicky some well needed TLC...

Do the stalling test.
I will as soon as I get home again. Vicky tucked up in the garage while I’m away.

Thanks Robin
