I run a 2003 Subaru Forrester as a second/winter car. It's done 125k but is totally reliable and £3k would get you a newer lower mileage model. Mine has heated seats and electric everything and on M&S tyres will pretty much go anywhere.

£350 plus vat for cat back system fitted, mine is a 53 plate too. Manifold up to cat is already stainless so they leave this. Main dealer wanted over £600 (trade cost) and even Dingbro were over £450 (trade cost). LoK advise most people just to go to Turriff as it's a better product and cheaper.
